Only the student can authorize a parent or guest to use the Budget Tuition Plan.
If you are not the student, send your student a link to this page or fill out this form.
- Login to Hokie SPA
- Select the Hokie Wallet menu
- Select Budget Tuition Plan
- Choose Add New under the Parent PINs menu item
- Complete parent information as required
Next, the Parent or Guest will receive an email. Within 48 hours they will need to:
- Click the link in the email
- Create a permanent password
If the Parent or Guest does not activate his or her account within 48 hours, the student must delete the current Parent PIN and repeat the process.
