Forgot Login Name or Password?

  1. Go to the Authorized Payer Login
  2. Choose 'Forgot Login Name' or 'Forgot Password.'
  3. The system may ask you to verify bank account information
  4. You will receive an email with your login name or a password reset link. 
  5. Follow the instructions in the email. 
     

Alternately you can ask the account holder to look up your login name or reset your password within Hokie SPA.
