Set up an Authorized Payer
Only the student can add an Authorized Payer.
If you are not the student, send him or her a link to this page or fill out this form.
To Set up an Authorized Payer
- Get the email address of the person you want to authorize.
- Log in to Hokie SPA
- Choose Hokie Wallet Menu
- Choose View and Pay e-Bill
- Choose Authorized Payers
- Choose Add New (maximum 5 Authorized Payer accounts)
- Enter New Authorized Payer Information
- Enter username and email.
- The authorized payer will receive an email once the student has given them access, which includes a link to log in and set their password. This must be completed within 48 hours.
- Select Add
Next, the Authorized Payer will receive an email. They will need to:
- Click the link in the email.
- Create permanent password.
