Remove an Authorized Payer

To remove an Authorized Payer:

1. Log in to Hokie SPA.
2. Choose Hokie Wallet Menu 
3. Choose View and Pay eBill
4. Choose My Account
5. Under payers, select the authorized payer you wish to delete.
6. Select remove Payer
7. If the payer has made payments, they cannot be deleted directly.The student can still uncheck the ‘Allow access to statements’ box. If a payer with payment activity needs to be fully deleted, please email bursar@vt.edu for assistance.

Note: The Authorized Payer will receive a notification email that their account has been removed.
